Job Description: Dubai – Provides an HR advisory service to the Directors, Global & Line management, and Employees, to ensure they are fully aware & compliant of our policies and procedures and how to apply them. Oversees and advises on all employee relations cases which include disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance Mitigates risk to the business by ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law Responsible for new talent on boarding and HR Induction, ensuring all onboarding documentation is accurately collated and meets regulatory requirements Responsible for the accuracy of the monthly payroll report. Prepares, develops and implements procedures and policies in line with the vision Contributes to proactively building and strengthening the alignment of behaviours in accordance to the culture of the organization Ensures all sickness and holiday is processed in an accurate and timely manner Manages the employee end to end probation process in partnership with Line M… – Permanent – Full-time
