Job Description: ManpowerGroup – Dubai – This is a Contract Role under Manpower ME (May – September) will be renewed Our Client is looking for an Employee Communications Content Manager to manage two of their Employee Communications streams: Employee Channels & Employee Brand. You must be able to write and edit engaging, accurate copy. If you have a journalistic background your skills will be beneficial, if you are an Internal Communications practitioner all the better. You will need to be highly organized and comfortable juggling a multi-channel approach, ensuring scheduled as well as ad-hoc communication. Will act as our ‘internal journalist’ and work with all levels across the business to create content and consistent tone of voice which engages, informs and drives clear action. You will be responsible for building the content strategy and editorial calendar for employee communications; incorporating our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) messaging and evolving our CEMEA narrative.
