Job Description: Standard Chartered – Dubai – Key Roles & Responsibilities Sourcing, Selection & Hiring Develop and implement sourcing channel strategies focused on building relationships with candidates throughout their university career Campaign implementation; careers fairs, presentations, advertising etc End to end candidate management for each programme i.e. timely review and shortlisting of applications and managing the interview and selection process Manage business participation in selection events (e.g. short listing meetings, interviews, assessment days) as defined within the Group Standards Targets & governance: Partner with the business and Group Graduate Talent team to understand the pipeline for the coming 12 – 18 months and agree hiring numbers for the programmes Ensure compliance with operational and people risk controls, and employment legislation Escalate any issues and risks Definition of hiring needs Conduct a structured business needs discussion with key business and HR managers for the program… – Permanent – Full-time
